CrossFit CM2’s first time hosting an open CrossFit competition!! To kick off the new year we will be running our same sex pairs event for both the RX and Scaled athlete.

1 Day- 4 Events. Expect: Strength, Endurance, GYMNASTICS, Olympic Weightlifting.

We aim to create an awesome competition series that rivals any other when it comes to programming, community, prizes & fun!

Prizes: Rx Winners will receive a cash prize. All podium athletes will receive a winners stash bag.

    Location: CrossFit CM2 (7 Russell Way CM1 3AA).

  • RX- This would be for those that enter the CrossFit Open as RX. Competitors should be competent in:

    All gymnastics (Muscle ups, T2B, C2B, DU, Pistols etc.

    Load- 80/60kg C+J

    60/40kg Snatch

    22.5/15kg DBs

    Intermediate- This is for those that are in between the scaled and RX level.

    Some gymnastics- Small sets of Pull ups/T2B/Wall Walks etc

    Load- 60/40kg C+J

    40/30kg Snatch

    15/10kg DBs

    Scaled- This would be for those that compete in the open at a Scaled standard, i.e:

    Little to no gymnastics- (Scaling = Single Unders, AbMat Sit Ups, Jumping Pull Ups etc.

    Load- 42.5/25kg C+J

    30/20kg Snatch

    10/5kg DBs

    All Athletes: Rowing/Ski/Running/Bike
