We are different than a typical commercial gym in three main ways.
If you are ready to get started at CrossFit CM2 the best thing you can do is get to follow this simple 3 step process
1)Book into one of our FREE taster sessions
We run regular FREE taster sessions every Saturday & Sunday at 10am. You can book your place using our online Timetable. Just click on one of the Free Taster sessions and fill out your information and your good to go. If this does’t work you may book by telephone (07725233472) or by e-mail email@example.com. If you cannot make one of these sessions please get in touch and we’ll arrange a taster session at a time that’s convenient for you. We’ll have a chat about CrossFit and your goals and experience, introduce you to a some of the basic movements and then give you a taste of CrossFit by putting you through a workout.
2) Sign up for our 4 week CrossFit Foundations Course-
The foundations classes are at 8-9:30pm every Tuesday and Thursday. The course will teach you proper technique on CrossFit’s fundamental movements; each session includes a workout which will give you chance to develop your skills. Training in small groups with an experienced coach you’ll make new friends, improve your fitness and gain the skills and knowledge needed to progress to our mainstream CrossFit Classes. You’ll learn the correct technique for the deadlift, squat, press, clean & jerk, pull-up, ring dip, box-jump, kettlebell swing and several other movements that we use regularly in our workouts. The foundations classes will allow you to hone your technique on all the movements; this will prepare you to perform them at high-intensity when you join our mainstream CrossFit Classes. The foundations course is basically your first month’s membership and costs £65. We don’t do contracts so there’s no obligation to join after the foundations course.
3) Attend our mainstream CrossFit Classes
Once you’ve completed the 4 week foundations course you’ll be ready to attend any of our mainstream CrossFit Classes (see the timetable on the right)
Those already experienced in CrossFit’s movements and workouts can jump strait in on the CrossFit Classes.
