  3. No i’m not going to be in tonight. I’m training at my old athletics club tomorrow so going to do this WOD then as a starter.

  4. Well if you’re going to ‘finish yourself’ just try not to make a mess. And preferably do it when I’ve left, no one wants to see that

  5. I always thought the finisher was for people who did not get many rounds done in the amrap :)
