This blog is not designed to be followed as a continuous training program. The posts outline the sessions that will be running at CrossFit CM2 in the mainstream classes. REST & RECOVERY are essential to your progress. We recommend 1 rest day for every 3 training days. Your rest days should include some low-intensity cardio type activity and at least 20 minutes working on your mobility/ flexibility goats (problem areas).The programming is geared towards developing the strength, skills, and conditioning required to progress to the next level of our Athletic Levels Document: outlined here.
