3 Rounds for time with a 1000m run check-in/out of: (NO TIME CAP FUCKERS!!)

  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 20 KB Swings (32/16kg)
  • 20 Press-ups

Finisher: 50 hollow rocks, focus on quality.
