Hang Squat Cleans 3-3-3-3-3

5 rounds for time of:

  • 6 hang squat cleans (60/40kg)
  • 8 box jumps (24/20″)
  • 12 kb swings ( 24/16kg).
Finisher: max double unders in 2 mins

  2. I’m sure the Thruster/Burpee combo will be good for that purpose
